| Lacey Chabert Portrays Claudia, the youngest
Salinger sister and violin prodigy, who, along with her brothers
and sister, takeson adult responsibilities in an attempt to keep
her family together in Party of Five, the critically acclaimed
one-hour drama fromColumbia Pictures Television for the Fox
Broadcasting Company. Beginning fall of 1998, the series will be
syndicated nationallyby Columbia TriStar Television Distribution
(CTTD).Chabert recently made an impressive feature film debut
opposite William Hurt, Mimi Rogers and Gary Oldham in Lost
inSpace. An accomplished actress, Lacey has performed many lead
voiceovers for major animated feature film projects,
mostrecently, the Academy Award-nominated short film Redux
Riding Hood. She will next star as Eliza Thornberry
inNickelodeon's upcoming animated primetime-series The Wild
Thornberries.Chabert's entre to show business began during a
family vacation to New York which turned into years of non-stop
commercialand voice-over work. In addition to recording hundreds
of television jingles, she originated the role of Bianca, Erica
Kane'sdaughter, in the daytime drama All My Children. She left
her stint on All My Children, after winning the part of 'young
Cosette'in the Broadway production of Les Miserables, a role she
played for two years. Chabert also portrayed the role of 'Baby
June'in the CBS motion picture-for-television Gypsy, starring
Bette Midler. Chabert also starred in the television movie A
LittlePiece of Heaven.Born in Purvis, MS, Lacey lives in Los
Angeles with her parents, two older sisters and younger brother. |
